Don’t hesitate to contact us in advance if you have high dependency needs, questions about accessing performances, or any other enquiries that are not answered below.

Blue Badge Car Parking

We have a small Blue Badge Car Park operating just opposite the entrance; spaces within the blue badge car park are limited, there are less than 100 spaces. You must get there early as they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you miss out on a car park space and it’s essential you drive to the event, Lewisham will allow Blue Badge holders to park in bays marked ‘Disabled’ or ‘Pay and Display’ for an unlimited time.

Please note your Badge must be in date and must display your picture.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are located within Kisstory on Blackheath , the Welfare Tent, and each toilet block. These will be indicated on the Access Map.

Seating

There is seating in the VIP areas for VIP and Kings row customers.

There is some additional seating across the site; however, this is limited and is within picnic areas only.

Personal chairs and stools are permitted, however within allocated areas of the site to comply with H&S, you will see signage positioned saying “own seating areas” and an arrow pointing down so you can sit within this area, there are several of these areas allocated throughout the site.

If seating is compulsory to your enjoyment of the event due to medical circumstances there is a small viewing platform.

Hidden Disabilities

We understand that a hidden disability is not immediately apparent. If you would like support or advice once inside the festival, our Welfare Manager will be the main point of contact and is based at the Welfare tent. Or don’t hesitate to contact us in advance with your questions to info@kisstoryonblackheath.com
