KISSTORY is an event aimed at over 18’s Playing the best in ‘old-school anthems’ from genres ranging from pop, garage, drum and bass, jungle, R’n’B, Hip Hop and House music.
Demographics are growing wider whilst the brand stays fresh and relevant, with average age audiences from 18 – 42 years of age, though typically ticket holders are predominantly between the ages of 25 – 40.
There will be some production and contractor traffic on the build and de-rig days. The following is the 2024 on-site and event schedule:

We know that Blackheath Common is a well-used local resource and we aim to minimise disruption. However, as with any major event we need to ensure the safety of Blackheath users and contractors alike.

The Noise Consultants will be on site throughout the duration of the live events, monitoring DB levels inside the festival site and at agreed off site locations. The Consultants will be in contact with the Production Manager and Sound Engineers and will be able to respond to noise nuisance issues and complaints should they occur, and take remedial action if levels have been breached. For example,instructing the engineers to reduce the overall volume or adjust specific frequencies.

A detailed Traffic Management plan has been prepared and agreed with Lewisham’s Highways department. A Road closure will be in place with resident’s access maintained on the following street and parking will be prohibited at Hare and Billet road.

Route 380 – diverted via Lewisham High Street, Belmont Hill, Lee Terrace into Black Heath Village both directions
There will be a diversion in place to direct all traffic from each affected Road to either end of Hare and Billet Road.
As well as toilets within the festival site, additional toilets will be placed at locations external to the Festival. General cleaning and waste disposal will be provided by an experienced and certified team. During the live events there will be a team of litter pickers responsible for the cleaning of the internal boundary, surrounding area and routes between transport links.
We have paid a damage deposit to Lewisham Council who own and are responsible for Blackheath Common.
A full inspection and record of the ground conditions are carried out before and after the event. Following the event break down the deposit can be used to ensure that the Common is left in the same condition it was found. We will be responsible for ensuring that the Common is restored to its previous condition. Please note this can take a short period of time after investigatory works.
Security at the event will be provided by Saber and ministry Security, who have considerable experience in this type of event. Security personnel will be on duty both within the festival site and wider Common as well as the surrounding area and rail stations. All attendees require a search as a condition of entry; there is also CCTV in operation across the site.
